Halfway Crooks Beer - Reset

Reset is the first lager we brewed when we opened Halfway Crooks Beer a year ago. We brewed it again this summer :) Reset is the Helles version of Active Low with a more restrained bitterness showcasing it's German malt presence. Brewed with German Malted Barley, German Hops from Seitzfarm in Bavaria, Atlanta Water, and German yeast. A portion of freshly fermenting lager was added to extend the finish and provide a gentle, natural carbonation. Reset was lagered for a long period
