Beer description
We took some of the first batch of Handlebar Hard Cider made at the Handlebar Factory and aged it in a 291 Colorado Whiskey Barrel for 20 months. It is complex, it is Handlebar but not. It fermented out to 10.9% so it is dry. Its 20 month rest in the cooler in the barrel lent to soft round edges and well married flavors... first Oak, then Bourbon, then Apples. Cheers!
