Brown Ipa Malts: Pale,Monaco,Special B,Chocolate Hops: Target,Simcoe,Chinook,Cascade,Mosaic Based on a recipe originally developed by Stavio (friends of the Birrificio degli Archi) as a classic English brown ale, the beer has been chosen as the official beer of "La Martuccia" in Palestrina (RM) and the first production by Lino Lucarelli's firm Beer People of the same restaurant.
