A collaboration with Village Garden RVA, this melomel utilizes one of our favorite Virginia fruits, the tomato. Juice was pressed from over 100 unique heirloom varieties of tomatoes grown in Hanover County. Unique, floral, savory - this mead captures the essence of tomato with a subtle honey finish. A perfect accompaniment to charcuterie, cheese, or pasta dishes.
