Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Happy Sauce

During the darkest days of winter, sometimes you need a little happy sauce to put a smile on your face. Happy Sauce Framboise is an unabashedly fruit forward beer, one we’ve wanted to make for a while. We’ve utilized raspberries in many different styles over the years from Imperial stouts to barrel aged farmhouse ale, but with this one, we really wanted to focus on the raspberry and present something light and refreshing. Blending two very drinkable beers to create the base, we then aged it on almost 100k of raspberry puree for a few weeks to let the flavours come together. We’re super happy with the results and we hope you are too.
