And to test it, we aged it for 12 months in a red wine barrel. We also added the freshest redcurrant berries and a special blend of microorganisms for aging. A light, yet full-bodied, light sour ale. Rich, slightly tart, slightly winey, a dash of farmhouse and bright redcurrant aroma and flavour.
