And to test it, we aged it for 9 months in a white wine barrel. We also added the freshest sea buckthorn berries and a special blend of microorganisms for aging. A light, yet full-bodied, light sour ale. Rich, slightly tart, a little winey, a dash of farmhouse and bright sea buckthorn aroma and flavour.
