Lemon, barley and noble hops deliver a bittersweet, long-lasting finish. Our Pilsner is treated with an enzyme that breaks down the Gluten protein into fragments, effectively destroying the allergen. The beer is tested by an external lab with an ELISA test for gluten and the level is required by law to be below 20ppm (Part per million) in order to be declared as gluten free. We are not audited by the Coeliac society, and so our products do not carry the gluten free logo on pack, but our beers follow this process. This product is Vegan and Gluten Free
