Beer description
The culmination of a project with Jamestown Rediscovery, Bartmann Ale started with wild yeast harvested under a persimmon tree on Jamestown Island. Keeping with historic recipes, we brewed a fairly simple ale with the isolated wild yeast and tons of persimmons.
