Hardywood Park Craft Brewery - Mele Kalikimaka

The Mele Kalikimaka holiday island cocktail features flavors of rum, Amaro, lime, grapefruit juice, cinnamon, and ginger. Inspired by the combination of festive flavors, we created a beer that combines a bourbon barrel-aged lactose-laden golden strong ale with our well known rum barrel-aged Farmhouse Pumpkin ale to provide both bourbon sweetness and rum spiciness. The perfect ratio of lime and grapefruit juice is added along with a touch more ginger and cinnamon to round out our version of this holiday cocktail
