Out Like a Lion is a nod to the classic oak aged sour ales of the unique coastal province of West Flanders, Belgium. This Flemish Red went into oak casks like a timid lamb over five years ago, but it's ready to roar its way into your glass. As the classic style dictates, we blend in a portion of younger beer before bottling, providing a rounded acidity, wonderful flavor, and burnished copper color.
