Hardywood Park Craft Brewery - Rum Barrel Mega GBS

Hardywood Mega GBS is an imperial milk stout brewed with epic proportions of vanilla beans, cinnamon, fresh baby Hawaiian ginger from Casselmonte Farm and wildflower honey from Bearer Farms. In this limited variation, Mega GBS is matured in Caribbean dark rum barrels, emerging 16 weeks later as Rum Barrel Mega GBS. This full-bodied variant picks up rich notes of molasses balanced by a snap of ginger in the finish.
