Clemens Härle - Härle Freies Gold

our master brewer and our brewers took a lot of time to create an alcohol-free beer that meets our high quality standards. The search for the best raw materials, the choice of a special brewer's yeast and the development of a gentle brewing process have led to what you now have before you: our "Free Gold" - the first alcohol-free beer in the best Clemens Härle quality. The malting barley from over 20 farmers from Upper Swabia and Allgäu, who cultivate their fields organically, gives our “Free Gold” its strong, spicy character. The hops come from the Bentele family from Tettnang, the pioneers in organic hop cultivation. Three different varieties of this "Green Gold" characterize the aromatic taste of our non-alcoholic Gold - refreshing, delicious, slightly bitter. Thanks to the cold hopping, these aromas come out particularly strongly. And our brewing water? It comes from the Adelegg - an extensive nature reserve between Leutkirch and Isny. This naturally fresh water is a real treat for our "Free Gold".
