Beer description
Bavarian weiss, weizen or weiße, originally the names of white beer (not only due to the bright white blanket that the upper yeast produces on the surface of the fermentation vat), have been indicating wheat beer, then common in Bavaria, but also in Bohemia since the 16th century. The typical Bavarian weiss is unfiltered, sharp and lightly hopped, its aroma is full of banana and spicy tones, the taste is refreshing with a hint of yeast, fruit and pleasant sweetness.
