Beer description

The original recipe of the strongest beer ever brewed by Peter was created in the 17th century by the Pauline monks in their monastic brewery in the suburbs of Munich. Lent special, called Salvator, became famous 100 years later by Father Barnabas. Since then, each correct doppelbock has the -ator suffix in its name. PH 21 Consagrator was originally cooked by Peter as a basic "material" for Black Barrel Doble. However, after tasting the beer after many months, he decided to launch it in this form as well. PH 21 Consagrator, another special from the Peter's Collection series, was brewed from five malts (Munich, Caramel, Roasted, Wheat and Pilsner), which owes a chestnut color and a robust malt body with chocolate caramel tones.
