Hawkes - Slam Funk

Country cider heads for the Capital. This high scoring blend uses classic cider apples from the orchards of Herefordshire. We funk them up with some wild yeast and give them a little metro twist. Sparkling and dry, complex and full-bodied, with a sweet start and a tannic finish.
