A deep complex beer bringing layers of rich chocolate, molasses and dark fruits with a light acidity, which balances the a huge roasted malt backbone. Vinous aromas, hints of bourbon, vanilla and spice. A beer to be savoured and sipped to appreciate it’s evolving layers of flavour.
