Hawthorn Brewery - Premium Pale Ale

This Pale Ale presents a rich and complex character, derived from a bold blend of five different types of grain. Lightly kilned, the use of our specialty malt gives this beer a light copper color. The malt character is wonderfully balanced by the inclusion of five complementary varieties of hops. Sourced from New Zealand, Southern England and the US Pacific Northwest, this fresh hops deliver a saporous fruit and spice flavor, while maintaining a dry hops after fermentation ensures a resininous floral and citrus aroma.
