Hawthorn Brewery - Hawthorn Witbier

Fermented with authentic Witbier yeast and left unfiltered, the color is pale straw and deliberately cloudy from the suspended yeast and proteins. Coriander seeds, fresh peel from a unique variety of sweet & bitter oranges and a small addition of cardamom pods all create a complex fruit and spice flavor. Low in bitterness from a light hopping of German Hallertau hops and with a dry and slightly tart finish, Hawthorn Witbier is very refreshing and is the perfect beer for the warmer months.
