Sigtuna Brygghus - Hazy Daze

Hazy like an autumn morning, with unexpectedly high pressure in both body and aroma. Hazy Daze is a further development of our popular Session IPA, where the controls have been raised both one and two notches. This time, we didn't spare any expense and chose to go all-in with four types of malt and three types of hops. The result is a modern, unfiltered IPA where the rounded mouthfeel of the malt blend and the fresh hop notes of grapefruit, mango, citrus and pine needles interact in perfect harmony. Like a perfect October day, the haze gradually clears, giving way to a dry and crisp finish.
