The Hofbräuhaus Hell is a blank filtered light beer with a light golden color and a firm, fine-pored head of foam. Its smell is pleasantly spicy with a hint of honey. When first drunk, the full beer is tangy and mild with a gentle acidity. Its aromatic, malty body is full-bodied and has a long-lasting, hoppy, spicy finish.

Hell und klar im Glas, leicht perlend, mit stabiler Krone. Der Geruch ganz mild malzig. Und auch der Geschmach ist leicht malzbetont.

Nicht zu hopfig nicht zu süß, nicht zu hell nicht zu dunkel, schöne Farbe ordentliche schaumkrone. Geht immer für alle, denen es schmeckt.
