For the ICEGIGER (Double Iced Imperial Stout), the NACHTGIGER (Franconian Stout) is double-iced using Schorschbräu's elaborate "ice bock process". This results in a concentration of alcohol and aroma. In the glass, it shines with a deep black color topped with a dark beige foam crown. In the aroma and taste, you can find espresso, bitter chocolate, and vanilla, paired with hints of sherry and dried fruit.
