Hecht Zimmern - Cascarillo

Bottom-fermented red-brown strong beer cold-hopped in fermentation and lagering with Cascade and Amarillo. A clear citrusy aroma of hops on the nose. In the first sip, a triad of fruitiness, malt and hop freshness, which then gives way to a bitter but pleasantly embedded hop bitterness with aromas of orange peel in the malt sweetness.
