Hecht Zimmern - Dark Galaxy

A bottom-fermented, dark doppelbock cold-hopped with the aroma hop Galaxy from Australia. Roasted aromas of chocolate and coffee in contrast to a fine bitter hop bitterness play with a slight malt sweetness and fruity “multivitamin aroma” (especially passion fruit), resulting in an interesting and unique beer for the special connoisseur.
