Beer description
Heidegger Hell is a classic light beer of low fermentation for true connoisseurs of old German traditions from the Russian brewery Gletcher brewery. Hell is considered one of the most popular beverages not only in Germany, but all over the world for a reason, because it is distinguished by its characteristic recognisable bouquet and excellent German quality, which has been tested for centuries.
Here we use noble Pilsner malt from the leading German malt company Avangard Malz. The hop component chosen is
basic bitter German Magnum hop, bitter-aromatic woody-pine hop Aurora, and expressive floral-pine hop Bobek Styrian Golding, grown on the alpine slopes of central Slovenia, in the Savinja river valley.
The beer is light in strength, straw-golden in colour, sparkling, refreshing, invigorating, with a delicate, clean flavour. Light malt sweetness and subtle pleasant hop bitterness are a perfect example of the style.
Great with such simple German dishes as Weisswurst white veal sausages with sauerkraut, salted pretzel bretzels, potato dumplings and, of course, succulent roasted pork or lamb knuckles
