Brewed with seven Malts and old cheesy Hops. Fermented with Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. Aged in a Sherry Barrel for 13 Months, then Aged on Sour Cherries (± 100 g/l) for > 8 Weeks in Stainless. Bottled 04.10.24
