Beer description
Plüschappel Lambiek was brewed on 21.12.2018, coolshiped overnite and fermented for eight months.
The resulting beer was then aged on apricots and Barolo barrel Chunks for another two months. Made
from Pilsner Malt, Wheat, Rye & Aged Hops. Made for sharing with beer enthusiastic friends. Heintz
