Beer description
A slightly hoppy Irish red ale with a malty taste and a hint of oat malt. Characterized by the classic pale ale, it has fine notes of bread, with hints of dried fruit and honey. The first sip is therefore malty and soft and well structured with light malt and fruit notes. For an original Irish ale or a traditional English bitter, it is said that there is no better hop than East Kent Goldings, the king of English hops. Goldings is an Old English hop variety that originated from a wild variety called Canterbury Whitebine. This traditional aroma variety is mild, sweet, fine and slightly spicy with a pleasant aftertaste.
