Heller bocks are the strong cousin the a helles lager. Typically,they are fest beers and have higher ABV while retaining the drinkability of a helles lager. This is one of Brewer Lisa’s last original recipes with Elliott Bay Brewing Company. Golden yellow with beige lacy head. Aroma of typical lager yeast, light malty aroma, subtle green apple. Flavor has a very light noble hop flavor, bready malt finish that is slightly sweet with a medium body
