Beer description
The golden yellow Kellerweizen is a top-fermented, yeast-cloudy wheat. Only wheat malt and barley malt from the region and hops from the Hallertau region are used in its production. It gets its special fruity flavor from cold hopping with Mandarina Bavaria.
Brewed strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.
