Namely: it calculates the price of ingredients for cooking a 4-litre pot of this dish in a particular region and in a particular period, and then compares the amount with others. Proof that borscht is a truly iconic dish is the fact that it is appreciated not only on earth, but also beyond its borders, because it is included in the diet of astronauts, but, of course, not quite in the form we are used to. Combining our culinary skills and predilections, we and our comrades from pop-up project GRISHKA BAR prepared a special Borscht Bloody Mary-style gose with beetroot, tomato, garlic, black pepper and coriander. Thanks to the guys' professional attitude to cocktails, mixes and distillates, the recipe came out really hot.
