Beer description
The Bavarian yeast wheat was first introduced in Brygger's own brewery on Sofiankatu. The first day of cooking was April 24, 2013, and the beer was sold on May 15, 2013 on Sofia Day. Bryggeri wheat is based on unfiltered South German models. Its banana-like fruitiness fills the mouth and the wheat-like fertility makes the aftertaste dry. The hot summer day crowns the big Bryggeri wheat. Tastes even in the cooler season.
