Beer description
Wort is collected straight from the sparged mash of legendary Pohjoisen Jättiläinen by Kosoolan Panimo. There was no boil and we let it chill without a lid in a warm spring night of Pappilankorpi. Later we added house mixed culture yeast to speed up the fermentation.
The rawest version was served in festivals in summer 2020.
After that is has been aged in wine barrel for more than two years.
