Beer description
This beer was a collaboration with Toronto’s Martini-Club. The challenge was to brew a beer that brought to life a classic cocktail. company reviewed a number of classic drinks before settling on the Old Fashioned. This beer was double-brewed. First a small-batch was brewed, aged on wood, and used to make a ‘bitters’, which were then blended into a larger batch of the original recipe.
