Herder Bier - De Herderin Fier & Fruitig

The Shepherdess... a variable seasonal beer. It is currently in an experimental phase. The intention is to create a slightly stronger fruit beer. In this first version, grapefruit and cranberry juice were added after the initial fermentation. The result is a beer with a fruity character, but a slightly weak foam head. Still, it is proud enough for a refreshing summer finish.
