Herslev - Herslev India Pale Ale

Organic India Pale Ale is brewed with inspiration from the American IPA tradition, which produces a stronger beer than the English IPA and with more hops. The large amount of hops gives the full flavor a sharp bitterness and a fresh scent of citrus, fruits and flowers. The color is grainy yellow and we have brewed with the finest organic malts. The hops are the main flavor of the beer and are reconciled with the fullness of the malt and the alcohol from the yeast. Application: Bio-IPA tastes delicious on a summer's day - inviting, cooling and refreshing. It is great for snacks and spicy foods where the bitterness is just the opposite.
