Organic country beer is inspired by the old Danish farmer beer, the type of beer that used to be brewed on the farms where the best thirst quencher could attract the best men. We wanted to make a low alcohol beer without compromising the taste. Organic country beer has its good malt taste from selected organic malts and its good body due to the light roasting of the malt. The bitterness is moderate and the over-fermentation gives the beer a fruity taste. Application: Organic country beer is an obvious everyday beer that most people like. It's easy to drink and goes very well with Danish cuisine.
