Franconia and Belgium are among the regions with the richest brewing traditions in Europe. What could be more natural than to unite both worlds in a single brew? For this "Franconian-Belgian friendship," we have combined the craft of Franconian brewing with the extraordinary beer culture of our partner region—Flanders, in the area around Leuven.
The result is a top-fermented country-style ale, brewed using Belgian saison yeast. This yeast imparts a lively, fruity, and spicy character, giving the beer its quintessential Belgian flair. Barley and wheat malts provide a robust foundation, while the hops contribute a pleasantly fresh, zesty quality. The final brew is highly drinkable, full of character, and just a little bit out of the ordinary.
