Hertl - Fränkisch Wit (Hertl x Aufsesser)

A collaboration between Braumanufaktur Hertl and the Aufsesser brewery. Brewed in Schnaid and bottled in Aufseß, this wheat beer possesses a truly distinctive character. "Fränkisch Wit" is a beer-based blend consisting of 90% wheat beer and 10% a refreshing infusion of orange peel and coriander seeds. Inspired by Belgian "witbier," the orange peel and coriander seeds create an intriguing interplay: fruity citrus notes meet a delicate, aromatic spice—leaving you eager for the next sip.
