Hertl - Oma's Betthupferl

Oma's Betthupferl is an aroma-intensive stout. The amber bock flows into the glass in copper-colored splendor, with a lightly tinted crown of dense foam perched atop the dark golden body. On the nose, the beer presents notes of toasted bread, sweet caramel malt, some honey, wild berries and a hint of citrus-fresh hops. The taste tasting confirms the olfactory first impression, caressing the palate with strong nuances of caramelized grain, herbal hops, gently bitter orange marmalade and sweet yeasty malt. The bock beer finishes coherently with hoppy astringency and dry herbal notes.
