Hertog Jan Brouwerij - Brut Bonde

This Bière Brut is brewed according to the méthode traditionnelle. This festive beer is the blond counterpart to the Grand Prestige Brut 2023, a beer that was awarded the titles of World's Best Specialty beer and World's Best Brut at the 2024 World Beer awards. The base consists of a golden blond beer with fruity aromas, however, our brewers re-fermented the beer in the bottle by adding sugar and champagne yeast. After an intensive brewing process, this unique golden Brut was aged for several months in the world-famous cellars of the Champagne region.
