Het Boerenerf - Lambic‘Ado

The team took a trip to Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia to select the sherry barrels that were used for the final maturation of this beer. The basis for the label is a painting by the artist Lander Cardon. The maturation in the sherry barrels gives the beer additional dimensions, enhancing the fruity notes and adding a beautiful woody undertone to the tasting experience.
