If we dr. Having Raptor on our can, you know you're dealing with some serious hops. dr Raptor is our spirit with the most. Where "regular brewers" add 2 or 3 hops, our mad scientist adds 6(!). For this Oak Aged Imperial IPA, the doctor has revised a popular IPA recipe and added more oak chips than a small Lithuanian forest. That's a healthy bite.
