Anyone who wants to brew fruity Berliner Weisse has to suffer pain.

Gelb-rötliche Farbe, leichter Schaum. Saurer, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich erinnert das Bier an Mirabelle, es ist leicht sauer und gleichzeitig angenehm fruchtig.
