Beer description

Whey is a byproduct of cheese making. By replacing part of our brewing water with whey, this beer gets a fruity taste and a creamy structure. The whey comes from Kaasboerderij Kleikracht, in Winsum. For the production of the cheese, raw milk is used, the real farmer's cheese!
