Underwood Brewery - Hey, Honey

An imperial stout that passed the test of the home brewers' festival. A powerful double mashed dark stout to which we added a lot of buckwheat honey. The body is strong and tends to be more on the dry side, with a bright aroma of coffee, caramel and burnt malt and subtle floral notes of honey. A strong drink for winter evenings that opens up better at room temperature.
