Hi-Fi Dry is a super clean, precision brewed Japanese lager that pours brilliantly clear, giving a soft, very pale straw colour. Lean and light in body, Hi-Fi Dry has delicate and subtle notes of crisp red apple, sweet malt and the hint of fresh herbal hop aroma. Brewed with a mix of rice and malt to create a crisp, quick, clean finish we expect from a Japanese lager. Hi-Fi Dry has medium to low bitterness which makes it perfect for pairing with more delicate foods such as lightly grilled cod or whiting.
