Hi-Wire - Blueberry & Lime Basil Sour

This barrel-aged sour ale was inspired by our specialty brewer’s hometown diner's blueberry basil lemonade soda.⁣ Distinct blueberry aroma upfront from NC-grown berries courtesy of Botanist & Barrel and pleasant lime basil from Rayburn Farms are standouts in this one accompanied by some slight lemon peel notes that really tie the flavors together. Not a lot to think about here, but a ton to enjoy. This is an easy-drinking and delicious sour beer that showcases the full spectrum of blueberry goodness cut with lime basil and bubbles.⁣
