Fermented hot and fast, we transferred this liquid into some very wet and very fresh bourbon barrels letting off notes of sour mash whiskey, vanilla, charred oak, and caramel covered ice cream. Kveik Norwegian farmhouse yeast opens up the doors to this "choose your own adventure" stout.
