Beer description
This is a roast-forward dark lager aged on Mexican Chiapas coffee, cinnamon, and a pinch of star anise. Modeled after the traditional Mexican Café De Olla coffee drink typically consumed in cold climates, the spice elements are subtle and accentuate the chocolate and nuttiness from the coffee roasted by Asheville’s High Noon Coffee.
